We highly recommend making a user account. You can simply make one by clicking the account avatar at the top, or 'Create Account' in the sidebar menu and enter your details. The account will help you keep all our data in one place including order numbers, special offers, order tracking etc.

 Order deliveries take 4-5 working days.

Order processing days are Monday-Saturday, excluding local holidays. Self Love by Cheeno’z ships from Lahore.  

Kits from the products are not for individual sale at the moment, however looking at the
demand for those, we are certainly working on it!

Yes absolutely! Our products are for all genders.   

No, the kit is 100% chemical free and each product is handcrafted.   

The facial kit does not have any expiry date, but it will be good to be used for up to 6 months if stored in the fridge. 

We do not offer a refund policy, however if you have any issues with your order, feel free to reach out on our socials and we will be happy to accomodate you.

Please note that in order to register a claim in case of missing/ broken items, the customer is required to record a video unboxing the parcel, showing clearly whatever comes out of the parcel. If the customer fails to provide a video as proof, the claim will not be entertained and will therefore be rejected. 

The return should be claimed on the same day of receiving the parcel.
